Volcanic Rhassoul Clay
Rhassoul is a reddish brown clay that is mined deep beneath the atlas Mountains of morocco. It has been used for centuries as a Soap, Shampoo & Skin conditioning Mask. Rhassoul clay was used in ancient Rome and Egypt by the nobility, and today it remains a favorite with upscale spas and resorts worldwide. This Clay is extremely absorbent as it has the ability to absorb more than 2 times its own weight in moisture. This high absorbency makes it much more effective than many other clays for cleansing, detoxification, and general skin treatment. When applied to the skin, it draws out toxins from deep within. At the same time, this amazing clay replenishes the skin with nourishing earth minerals. Rhassoul can also be used as a hair shampoo & conditioner.

Directions For Use
For the Skin: Apply with clean hands, let dry 15 to 20 minutes, rinse off with warm water, pat skin dry, repeat once a week if necessary. For the hair: After Shampooing, Add 2-3 tablespoons of Rhassoul clay powder to a bowl. Stir in enough warm to hot water to form a paste (notice how the clay seems to expand). Apply the paste throughout the hair & scalp. Then wrap hair with warm/hot towel for 20 – 30 minutes. Rinse until water runs clean. Follow-up with a natural conditioner, if preferred. (Note: when adding water You will need to compensate for the enormous absorbency of the clay as the addition of the water will cause substantial thickening. Keep adding water until formulation turns to a usable paste.)

Do Not Refrigerate. Store in a Cool Dry Place Before Use.
